### sec.62 Deciding application The Minister must consider and decide whether or not to approve the amendment. In making the decision the Minister must consider the following— the capability criteria; the work program criteria; the extent to which the current work program for the geothermal permit has been complied with; any amendments made to the geothermal permit or any of the following for the permit, and the reasons for the amendments— the current work program; the relevant environmental authority; any relevant Water Act authorisation. s 62 amd 2011 No. 2 s 49 (sec.62-ssec.1) The Minister must consider and decide whether or not to approve the amendment.
