### sec.56 Geothermal permit taken to have work program until decision on whether to approve proposed program This section applies until— if the approval is given—the geothermal permit holder is given notice of the approval; or if the approval is refused—the refusal takes effect. Despite the ending of the program period for the current work program for the geothermal permit— the geothermal permit is taken to have a work program; and the holder may carry out any authorised activity for the geothermal permit. (sec.56-ssec.1) This section applies until— if the approval is given—the geothermal permit holder is given notice of the approval; or if the approval is refused—the refusal takes effect.
