### sec.415 Conferences with eligible claimants or owners or occupiers started before commencement This section applies if— an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 313 as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place. The conference must take place under chapter 7, part 1 as in force immediately before the commencement. The Common Provisions Act , chapter 3 , part 8 does not apply in relation to the conference. s 415 ins 2020 No. 14 s 43 (sec.415-ssec.1) This section applies if— an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 313 as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place.
