### sec.411 Continued appeal right for particular decisions
A person who, before the commencement of this section, may have appealed against a relevant decision to the Land Court under section 335(1), may still appeal against the decision, in compliance with chapter 7, part 4, despite the amendment of schedule 1.
In this section—
previous , for a section of this Act, means the section as in force immediately before the repeal of the section under the Common Provisions Act .
relevant decision means any of the following—
a decision to give a road use direction under previous section 237;
the imposition of a condition on entry on public land under previous section 242, other than a condition agreed to or requested by the geothermal tenure holder;
a refusal to approve an assessable transfer under previous section 286.
