### sec.394 Provisions for approval of development plan Ergon Energy may at any time apply to the Minister for approval of a proposed development plan for the Birdsville lease. Chapter 3, part 3, divisions 1 to 3 apply for the application as if Ergon Energy had applied for a geothermal lease and did not hold one. If the Minister approves the proposed development plan, it becomes the development plan for the Birdsville lease. (sec.394-ssec.1) Ergon Energy may at any time apply to the Minister for approval of a proposed development plan for the Birdsville lease. (sec.394-ssec.2) Chapter 3, part 3, divisions 1 to 3 apply for the application as if Ergon Energy had applied for a geothermal lease and did not hold one. (sec.394-ssec.3) If the Minister approves the proposed development plan, it becomes the development plan for the Birdsville lease.
