### sec.378 Additional information about reports and other matters This section applies if— a person is required under this Act to give a notice or copy of a document, report or information (the advice ) to the Minister or the chief executive; and the person gives the advice. The Minister or chief executive may by notice require the person to give, within the reasonable time stated in the notice, written information about the matter for which the advice was given. The person must comply with the notice. Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —500 penalty units.
