### sec.375 Provision for entry by State to carry out geothermal activity
If the State proposes to exercise a right under section 29 (3) (b) (i) , the right may be exercised by anyone authorised by the chief executive.
However, a person authorised under subsection (1) may enter the land only if the person has given the owner of the land at least 5 business days notice of the proposed entry.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (2) does not apply to an inspector or authorised officer performing functions under the P&G Act relating to this Act.
