### sec.373 Recovery of unpaid amounts If a provision of this Act requires a geothermal tenure holder to pay the State an amount (including interest) the State may recover the amount from the holder as a debt. In this section— holder includes a former holder of the geothermal tenure about whom the remedial powers were exercised.
