### sec.36A Rejection of application if applicant disqualified
The Minister must reject an application for a geothermal permit if the Minister decides the applicant is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the geothermal permit.
On rejection of the application, the Minister must give the applicant a notice about the decision.

(sec.36A-ssec.1) The Minister must reject an application for a geothermal permit if the Minister decides the applicant is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the geothermal permit.
(sec.36A-ssec.2) On rejection of the application, the Minister must give the applicant a notice about the decision.
