### sec.367 Particular criteria generally not exhaustive This section applies if another provision of this Act permits or requires the Minister to consider particular criteria in deciding an application. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the Minister may in making the decision consider any other criteria the Minister considers relevant. However, subsection (2) does not apply if the provision otherwise provides. In this section— criteria includes issues and matters.
