### sec.366 Refusing application for failure to comply with request The Minister may refuse an application if— a notice under section 365 has been given for the application; and the period stated in the notice for complying with it has ended; and the request has not been complied with to the chief executive’s satisfaction. s 366 amd 2012 No. 20 s 137 - (a) a notice under section 365 has been given for the application; and - (b) the period stated in the notice for complying with it has ended; and - (c) the request has not been complied with to the chief executive’s satisfaction.
