### sec.356 Authorised activities may be carried out despite rights of owner or occupier The authorised activities for a geothermal tenure may be carried out despite the rights of an owner or occupier of land on which the activities are carried out. However, subsection (1) applies for an authorised activity only if section 357 does not prevent it from being carried out.
