### sec.335 Who may appeal
A person whose interests are affected by a decision identified in schedule 1 may appeal against the decision to the Land Court.
For this section, a person who has been given or is entitled to be given an information notice about a decision is taken to be a person whose interests are affected by the decision.
(sec.335-ssec.1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision identified in schedule 1 may appeal against the decision to the Land Court.
