### sec.32 Incidental activities
The geothermal permit holder may carry out any other activity (an incidental activity ) in the permit’s area if carrying out the activity is reasonably necessary for or is incidental to geothermal exploration.
constructing or operating facilities, plant or works, including, for example, communication systems, compressors, pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, roads, evaporation or storage ponds and tanks
constructing or using temporary structures or structures of a technical nature
However, constructing or using a structure, other than a temporary structure, for office or residential accommodation is not an incidental activity.
