### sec.185 References to blocks of geothermal tenure This section applies if a geothermal tenure states its area includes land within a block without including or excluding any particular sub-block. The reference to the block is a reference to all sub-blocks within the block to the extent they do not consist of excluded land or land in a restricted area. See also section 350B (3) if land in the geothermal tenure’s area is taken under a resumption law.
