### sec.163 Additional criteria for deciding provisions of geothermal lease In deciding the provisions of the geothermal lease, the Minister must consider the following— the geothermal statement; the geothermal assessment criteria; any holder submissions; the effect of the geothermal lease on safe and efficient use of resources under any overlapping resource authority for the geothermal lease if the overlapping resource authority is a lease; the effect on safe and efficient use of resources under any future lease that may arise from the overlapping resource authority. - (a) the geothermal statement; - (b) the geothermal assessment criteria; - (c) any holder submissions; - (d) the effect of the geothermal lease on safe and efficient use of resources under any overlapping resource authority for the geothermal lease if the overlapping resource authority is a lease; - (e) the effect on safe and efficient use of resources under any future lease that may arise from the overlapping resource authority.
