### sec.152 Resource management decision The Minister must make a decision (the resource management decision ) about whether— to grant the geothermal lease application; or to give any overlapping authority priority for all or part of the relevant land; or not to grant the geothermal lease application and not to give any overlapping authority priority for any of the relevant land. - (a) to grant the geothermal lease application; or - (b) to give any overlapping authority priority for all or part of the relevant land; or - (c) not to grant the geothermal lease application and not to give any overlapping authority priority for any of the relevant land.
