### sec.149 Applicant’s information obligation
The applicant must, within 10 business days after making the geothermal lease application, give the overlapping resource authority holder a copy of the application, other than any part of the application relating to the capability criteria.
If the Minister is reasonably satisfied the applicant has not complied with subsection (1) , the Minister may refuse the application.
