### sec.143 Amendment or cancellation by parties to arrangement A geothermal coordination arrangement may be amended or cancelled by the parties to the arrangement only with the Minister’s approval. A purported amendment or cancellation of a geothermal coordination arrangement by the parties to it has no effect unless it is approved under subsection (1) . (sec.143-ssec.1) A geothermal coordination arrangement may be amended or cancelled by the parties to the arrangement only with the Minister’s approval.
