### sec.139 Other provisions about and effect of geothermal coordination arrangement
A geothermal coordination arrangement may—
be for any term; and
have more than 2 relevant authorities; and
be included in, or form part of, a coordination arrangement under the P&G Act or a GHG coordination arrangement under the GHG storage Act .
A person, other than the holder or proposed holder of a relevant authority, may also be a party to the arrangement.
A proposed geothermal coordination arrangement has no effect unless it is approved by the Minister under section 141 .
(sec.139-ssec.1) A geothermal coordination arrangement may— be for any term; and have more than 2 relevant authorities; and be included in, or form part of, a coordination arrangement under the P&G Act or a GHG coordination arrangement under the GHG storage Act .
(sec.139-ssec.2) A person, other than the holder or proposed holder of a relevant authority, may also be a party to the arrangement.
(sec.139-ssec.3) A proposed geothermal coordination arrangement has no effect unless it is approved by the Minister under section 141 .
