### sec.136 What is an exploration authority (non-geothermal)
An exploration authority (non-geothermal) is—
a GHG permit; or
an authority to prospect under the 1923 Act or the P&G Act ; or
any of the following under the Mineral Resources Act —
a mining claim;
an exploration permit;
a mineral development licence.
- (a) a GHG permit; or
- (b) an authority to prospect under the 1923 Act or the P&G Act ; or
- (c) any of the following under the Mineral Resources Act — (i) a mining claim; (ii) an exploration permit; (iii) a mineral development licence.
