### sec.133 Obligation to survey if Minister requires The Minister may, by notice to a geothermal tenure holder, require the holder to survey or resurvey the tenure’s area within a stated reasonable period. The holder must cause the survey or resurvey to be carried out by a person who is a cadastral surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003 . The holder must bear any costs incurred in complying with the notice.
