### sec.126 Consequence of failure to comply with notice to give proposed later development plan If a geothermal lease holder does not comply with a requirement under section 125 (5) (a) , the lease is cancelled. However, the cancellation does not take effect until the Minister gives the holder a notice stating that the geothermal lease has been cancelled because of the operation of subsection (1) .
