### sec.119 Consequence of failure to comply with notice to give proposed later work program If a geothermal permit holder does not comply with a requirement under section 118 (5) (a) , the permit is cancelled. However, the cancellation does not take effect until the Minister gives the holder a notice stating that the geothermal permit has been cancelled because of the operation of subsection (1) . (sec.119-ssec.1) If a geothermal permit holder does not comply with a requirement under section 118 (5) (a) , the permit is cancelled.
