### sec.115 Adjustment for particular potential geothermal commercial areas This section applies if, apart from this section, the only way to comply with the relinquishment condition would be to relinquish all or part of a potential geothermal commercial area for the geothermal permit. The relinquishment condition is taken to be complied with if all remaining original sub-blocks of the permit’s area, other than any blocks that consist of the potential geothermal commercial area, are relinquished.
