### sec.91C Dealing with gaming machines on ceasing the conduct of gaming
A licensee who gives notice under section 91A (2) (b) must dispose of the gaming machines that are on the licensed premises mentioned in the notice—
within 1 month after giving the notice; or
if the commissioner extends, or further extends, the period for the disposal by written notice given to the licensee in the period or extended period—within the period as extended.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
The commissioner may give the licensee a notice extending the period if the commissioner is satisfied it would be reasonable in all the circumstances to give the extension.
Also, the commissioner must, as soon as practicable after receiving a notice under section 91A (2) (b) , give written notice of the ceasing of the conduct of gaming to each licensed monitoring operator the commissioner believes is supplying basic monitoring services to the licensee.
