### sec.81 Application to increase approved number of gaming machines
A licensee may apply to have the approved number of gaming machines for licensed premises of the licensee increased.
An application must—
be in the approved form; and
be given to the commissioner; and
be signed in the same way an application for a gaming machine licence is required to be signed; and
See section 56 (5) (b) and (c) and (7) .
if the licensee’s gaming machine licence relates to 2 or more premises—state the premises to which the application relates; and
state the number of gaming machines sought under the increase; and
state the approved number of gaming machines that would apply to the licensed premises if the increase were to be approved; and
if appropriate, be accompanied by an application under section 91 ; and
be accompanied by any fee prescribed under a regulation for the application.
