### sec.75 Payment and recovery of amounts
All amounts received by the commissioner under conditions referred to in section 73 must be paid into the consolidated fund.
The commissioner, for any reason that the commissioner considers is sufficient, may forgive or refund any penalty payable under conditions referred to in section 73 .
All amounts payable by a licensee under conditions referred to in section 73 that remain unpaid may be recovered as a debt payable by the licensee to the Crown.
The commissioner, instead of proceeding with or continuing an action under subsection (3) , may accept in full payment of any debt payable an amount that is less than the amount payable or remaining unpaid where—
the gaming machine licence in relation to which the debt is payable has been cancelled or surrendered; and
the person who held the licence is not the holder of any other gaming machine licence.
