### sec.73 Conditions of gaming machine licences
A gaming machine licence is subject to—
such conditions as are prescribed; and
such other conditions (including any variation of the conditions made under section 74 ) as the commissioner may impose in the public interest or for the proper conduct of gaming at the time of granting the licence or under section 74 .
A licensee who fails to comply with any condition referred to in subsection (1) commits an offence against this Act.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
