### sec.488 Decision on increase application (gaming machines) not finally dealt with before commencement This section applies to an increase application (gaming machines) made, but not finally decided before the commencement. In considering the application the commissioner may not have regard to the matters mentioned in section 82(3)(b)(i) or (iii) as in force immediately before the commencement. In this section— commencement means commencement of this section. s 488 ins 2013 No. 62 s 21 (sec.488-ssec.1) This section applies to an increase application (gaming machines) made, but not finally decided before the commencement.
