### sec.452 Transfer of entitlements allocated under s 448 or 449 This section applies to entitlements allocated under section 448 or 449. Despite section 109M(5), the commission must not grant an application for approval to transfer any of the entitlements under part 3B, division 2 until the transferor licensee has installed and is operating or has operated, on the transferor licensed premises, the approved number of gaming machines for the premises. s 452 ins 2009 No. 41 s 48 (sec.452-ssec.1) This section applies to entitlements allocated under section 448 or 449.
