### sec.442 Dealing with major facilities levy amount Subsection (2) applies to an amount— paid under the Act as major facilities levy before the commencement; and on the commencement, not used for a purpose mentioned in section 316A(2) as in force before the commencement. The amount is transferred to the community investment fund. An amount payable under the Act as major facilities levy but not paid before the commencement must be paid into the community investment fund. This section applies despite sections 316C and 322(3) as in force before the commencement.
