### sec.437 Application for gaming nominee’s licence
This section applies to an application for a gaming nominee’s licence given to the chief executive, and not decided under part 5, before the commencement.
If the chief executive grants the application, the holder of the gaming nominee’s licence must, before 31 December 2005, give the chief executive evidence that the chief executive considers on reasonable grounds shows the holder has successfully completed an approved training course.
