### sec.405 Application of particular provisions to licensed major dealer and secondary dealer This section applies to a licensed supplier who is a licensed major dealer or licensed secondary dealer immediately before the commencement. Section 163(1) does not apply to the licensed supplier until 9 months after the commencement.
