### sec.398 Application of guidelines to existing applications This section applies to any of the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement of this section— an application for a gaming machine licence; an application for additional licensed premises; an application to have the approved number of gaming machines for licensed premises increased. To remove doubt, it is declared that a guideline issued by the commission under section 17 applies to an application mentioned in subsection (1) in the same way it would if the application were made after the commencement. s 398 ins 2000 No. 51 s 84 (sec.398-ssec.1) This section applies to any of the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement of this section— an application for a gaming machine licence; an application for additional licensed premises; an application to have the approved number of gaming machines for licensed premises increased.
