### sec.395 Closure of charities and rehabilitation benefit fund On the commencement, the charities and rehabilitation benefit fund is closed. On the closure of the fund, it ceases to exist and all public moneys standing to the credit of the fund immediately before the commencement are controlled receipts of the families department. Despite the closure of the fund, entries may be made in the accounts for the fund for transactions completed before the commencement.
