### sec.388 Listed suppliers taken to be licensed secondary dealers
On the commencement day, a listed supplier is taken to be a licensed secondary dealer.
On, or as soon as practicable after the commencement day, the chief executive must issue a secondary dealer’s licence to a listed supplier.
