### sec.386 Existing additional employees This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a person to whom section 40 applied. From the commencement day— the person continues to be employed under this Act; and the terms that apply to the person for the person’s employment are the same terms that applied to the person immediately before the commencement day. s 386 ins 1999 No. 77 s 154 (sec.386-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a person to whom section 40 applied.
