### sec.383 Definitions In this division— commencement day means the day on which the provision in which the term is used commences. listed manufacturer means a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was listed on the roll of recognised manufacturers and suppliers of gaming machines maintained under section 130 as in force immediately before the commencement day. listed supplier means a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was listed on the roll of recognised suppliers of restricted components maintained under section 130 as in force immediately before the commencement day. s 383 ins 1999 No. 77 s 154
