### sec.377 Application for gaming nominees’ licences
This section applies if, in the application period, an application for a gaming nominee’s licence is made by a licensed gaming employee under section 196.
The application is taken to be accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application if it is accompanied by a fee for an amount equal to the prescribed fee less the discount amount.
In this section—
discount amount means the amount calculated using the formula—
where—
M means the number of whole months remaining in the unexpired period of the applicant’s gaming employee’s licence;
PF means the prescribed fee.

(sec.377-ssec.1) This section applies if, in the application period, an application for a gaming nominee’s licence is made by a licensed gaming employee under section 196.
