### sec.373 Definitions In this division— application period means the period of 2 months starting on the commencement day. commencement day means the day on which the provision in which the term is used commences. existing control system , for an existing operator, means the system of internal controls and administrative and accounting procedures used, immediately before the commencement day, by the operator for the operator’s monitoring operations. existing operator means a person who— immediately before the commencement day was a licensed operator; and on the commencement day is a licensed operator. part 4 licence means any of the following licences— repairer’s licence service contractor’s licence gaming employee’s licence key monitoring employee’s licence. submission period means the period of 1 month starting on the commencement day. unresolved nominee’s application , for a licensee’s licensed premises, means an application for a gaming nominee’s licence that— is made (whether under section 196 or 198) in the application period; and is made by a person who, for the application, is nominated by the licensee to be the licensee’s nominee for the premises; and is not decided before the end of the application period. s 373 ins 1999 No. 8 s 122 amd 1999 No. 77 s 153 - (a) immediately before the commencement day was a licensed operator; and - (b) on the commencement day is a licensed operator. - • repairer’s licence - • service contractor’s licence - • gaming employee’s licence - • key monitoring employee’s licence. - (a) is made (whether under section 196 or 198) in the application period; and - (b) is made by a person who, for the application, is nominated by the licensee to be the licensee’s nominee for the premises; and - (c) is not decided before the end of the application period.
