### sec.368 Chief executive to supply gaming machines etc. until there is a licensed operator
This section applies only until a person becomes the holder of an operator’s licence.
Subject to subsections (4) and (5) and section 86, the chief executive must supply to a licensee the number or increased number of gaming machines decided under section 57(12) or 81(5) as in force at the commencement of this section.
The gaming machine type, game, gaming token denomination and betting unit of a gaming machine supplied under subsection (2) are to be as the chief executive decides.
If at any time a sufficient number of gaming machines is not available to enable the chief executive to comply with subsection (2), the chief executive may supply to a licensee a number less than the number decided.
The chief executive must supply the balance of the gaming machines as soon as possible after a sufficient number of gaming machines becomes available.
