### sec.325I Report about criminal history To help decide whether a person is a suitable person to be an inspector or continue as an inspector, the commissioner may ask the police commissioner for a written report about the person’s criminal history. If asked by the commissioner, the police commissioner must give the commissioner a written report about the criminal history of the person. The duty imposed on the police commissioner applies only to information in the police commissioner’s possession or to which the police commissioner has access. s 325I ins 2005 No. 12 s 49 amd 2012 No. 25 ss 93 , 109 (1) (sec.325I-ssec.1) To help decide whether a person is a suitable person to be an inspector or continue as an inspector, the commissioner may ask the police commissioner for a written report about the person’s criminal history.
