### sec.325G Return of identity card A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person’s identity card to the commissioner immediately after ceasing to be an inspector unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. s 325G ins 2005 No. 12 s 49 amd 2012 No. 25 s 109 (1)
