### sec.316C Health services fund accounts
The health services levies are administered receipts of the department.
The commissioner must establish and keep accounts to record amounts received as health services levy, called the health services fund accounts.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the commissioner’s obligations under this section are additional to the commissioner’s obligations under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .

(sec.316C-ssec.1) The health services levies are administered receipts of the department.
(sec.316C-ssec.2) The commissioner must establish and keep accounts to record amounts received as health services levy, called the health services fund accounts.
