### sec.316 Gambling Community Benefit Committee The Minister responsible for the administration of the gambling community benefit fund— must establish a committee called the Gambling Community Benefit Committee; and may decide— the membership of the committee; and how it is to operate. s 316 ins 1993 No. 63 s 12 sub 2000 No. 51 s 76 - (a) must establish a committee called the Gambling Community Benefit Committee; and - (b) may decide— (i) the membership of the committee; and (ii) how it is to operate. - (i) the membership of the committee; and - (ii) how it is to operate. - (i) the membership of the committee; and - (ii) how it is to operate.
