### sec.30 Effect of reconsidering a decision after application to QCAT This section applies if the commissioner or an inspector amends, or sets aside and substitutes another decision for, an original decision (the reconsidered decision ) as a consequence of— reconsidering an original decision at the invitation of QCAT under the QCAT Act , section 23 (1) ; or reconsidering an original decision in accordance with any direction of QCAT in relation to reconsidering the original decision. Section 29 does not apply to the reconsidered decision. A proceeding for a review of the original decision by the tribunal ends. In this section— original decision means a decision or determination mentioned in section 29 . s 30 prev s 30 om 1999 No. 77 s 16 pres s 30 amd 1992 No. 35 sch; 1997 No. 24 ss 7 , 61 sch ; 2000 No. 51 s 25 ; 2002 No. 43 ss 34 , 112 sch 2 sub 2009 No. 24 s 559 amd 2012 No. 25 s 40 (sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies if the commissioner or an inspector amends, or sets aside and substitutes another decision for, an original decision (the reconsidered decision ) as a consequence of— reconsidering an original decision at the invitation of QCAT under the QCAT Act , section 23 (1) ; or reconsidering an original decision in accordance with any direction of QCAT in relation to reconsidering the original decision.
