### sec.29 Who may apply for a review by tribunal
A person who is or was an applicant for, or a holder of, a licence under this Act and is aggrieved by a decision or determination of the commissioner stated in schedule 1 , part 1 may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of the decision or determination.
A person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of a decision of a licensee stated in schedule 1 , part 2 .
A person who may be adversely affected by an approval under section 54 (7) and to whom a notice has been given under section 54 (8) may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of the decision or determination.
A person who seeks the commissioner’s approval for section 231 or 287 may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of a decision of the commissioner refusing to give the approval.
A person who submits a gaming machine type or game to the commissioner under section 281 for evaluation may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of a decision of the commissioner rejecting the gaming machine type or game.
The owner of an article, record or other thing seized by an inspector may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of a decision of an inspector under section 331 resulting in the thing being forfeited.
