### sec.282 Replacing approved games
This section applies if—
a licensed monitoring operator or licensee replaces, or causes to be replaced, an approved game (the old game ) with another approved game (the new game ); and
the percentage return to players for the new game is different from the percentage return to players for the old game.
The licensed monitoring operator or licensee must not replace, or cause to be replaced, the new game with another game having a different percentage return to players—
if paragraph (b) does not apply—within 1 month after the old game was replaced; or
if a shorter period is approved by the commissioner—within the shorter period.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
