### sec.274 Repossession of gaming machines
A licensed monitoring operator or approved financier must not repossess a gaming machine without first obtaining the commissioner’s written approval.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
For obtaining the commissioner’s approval for subsection (1) , an application must be made to the commissioner.
The application must—
be in the approved form; and
be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation for the application.
